Dinosaur superheros! Marvel superheros it seems, but artist d.r3sto has made these prints depicting these extinct creatures in a modern, popular light.  Enjoy

For the people who think they are entitled to something in this life, you got here by chance.  So STFU and humble yourself.

For y'all that love Michael Jackson as much as I do.  Here are two videos that I thought were pretty cool attempts at immortalizing the legend.

This is one of those authentic Huckleberry Finn type joints.  Pencil-Slingshot combo? Damn.  If i had this growing up....I would have probably gotten it taken away or stolen or broken.

(ATC)  I wish I had this back when I was a n00b who only ordered hot chocolate.  Now i know that something called a "Mochaccino" exists.  Hell yeah.

Courtesy of holy-crackers.blogspot.com, I spent literally three hours one night trying to fold my money into these intricate patterns.  I was not successful at all.  So I went on youtube to find instructional videos.  damn. thats where all my time was lost.  See if you can achieve any success.

You can find the rest of the steps on youtube.  Good Luck.

So I came across these two maps.  You may notice something very interesting about them that will open your mind to that knowledge.

This map was of the Middle East but tucked away in a corner was a visual representation of how the United States' size compared to all the other countries in the region.  To me, it it was more or less a commentary of where the U.S. has the greatest influences.  Notice how it takes up Egypt, Israel, Jordan, parts of Saudi Arabia, and some of Iraq and Afghanistan.  Damn.

This map they have posted at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.  It is map of the world upside down.  It is formally entitled:  "Whats Up? South!" World Map. Click the image for a larger, closer look.  This was pretty dope because it allows you to think of things in a different way than we have always seen it.  A lil' bit o' social construction

Apart from stumbling upon this via ATC, I don't know who designed/made these posters, but they are graphic designing masterpieces.  That minimalism, bro!  If you know who made this, put it in the comments!

When I was in high school I had dreams of becoming a pastry chef, but my parents told me that it should be my hobby and that I should pursue an MD.  They said the same thing when I told them I wanted to be theoretical physicist.  I digress, there is so much stuff on the internet, its almost ridiculous the volume of information.  Its hard to keep up with everything.  I found this site, by random chance, called Sprinkle Bakes which features all kinds of cool dessert-type treats, here is something I guarantee you will see at your next mehndi party.  Click here to find out how to make them.
